They were always very flexible and accommodating with our schedule, and all of the instructors were incredibly kind and patient. My kids truly loved going to class and learned so much along the way. "My son just finished up the 5 day spring break camp and had a great time. I was initially concerned because he needs a lot of support socially and when frustrated but the staff was skillful in managing him (and all the other kids!). He wasn’t perfect but they handled everything in a way where he learned skills and felt positive. He came home daily and told me all about the fun Group games he played - which says a lot because he doesn’t usually talk about his day. Extra special shout out to Assistant Instructor E and Assistant Instructor S - both young men show tremendous leadership and quickly became a favorite for my son. Adam took additional time to “debrief” on the week and I appreciate the special care and attention. Highly recommend!"

"Go No Sen’s martial arts program is excellent. My Grandsons got started in 2018 and after seeing their program at 61 I decided to join myself. It keeps me active and young. But the key to the program from my perspective is you learn respect discipline and a never give up attitude. Those skills learned will prepare you or your child to be a better child, brother or sister, student, parent or grandparent. So join us at the best martial arts school in NY and consider joining with your child like I did."

"We love this place and our son feels so safe. They are so understanding of him and make accommodations when needed. I tell everyone about them and how they meet him at his level. It was hard finding someone who would help especially with his Autism."
